Hard rules:

- Every name in settings.swot.selectedEntities, settings.pestel.selectedEntities, and settings.fiveForces.selectedEntities must exist in compareEntities.
- Every value in settings.curves.selectedCompetitors must exist in competitors.
- swotComparisons must be an object with exactly these keys: strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats.
- Each SWOT item must be an object with "entity" and "text"; "score" is optional but recommended.
- pestelComparisons and fiveForcesComparisons must be arrays of unique entity profiles. Each profile must include:

  - "scores" object with every required key
  - "notes" object with every required key, where each value is an array of strings
- Required PESTEL score/note keys: political, economic, social, technological, environmental, legal.
- Required Five Forces score/note keys: entrants, substitutes, buyers, suppliers, rivalry.
- settings.pestel.fillAlpha and settings.fiveForces.fillAlpha should be between 0.02 and 0.18; 0.06 is a good default.
- If the input payload already includes settings.legends, preserve it unless the user asks to reposition legends. If creating a new payload, include the legends object shown above, including the SWOT legend entry.
- Do not return null placeholders when a valid concrete value can be provided.
- Prefer concise executive-ready labels, plausible benchmarking assumptions, and evidence-grounded notes.
